Our Office Staff Team

When contacting Wellspring of Life Counseling & Play Therapy Center, PLLC, (210) 680-4747, Laurie, Veronica, Cindy, or Lodi will be gladly available to answer all of your inquiries, schedule appointments, verify insurance and handle all billing issues. We ask that you bring a current insurance card, identification card and allot approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete all necessary paperwork. For your convenience, forms can also be found and downloaded from the Forms & Referral tab.

Laurie has been working with WOL since October 2012 and has 20+ years of experience in administrative duties and customer service. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University in August 2016. In the Fall of 2020, she started working on her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As the office manager of WOL, she oversees office related matters, therapists’ credential, insurance billing, and she will be glad to assist you in scheduling your appointment, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and assisting you with any other administrative concerns and questions.

Veronica has been working with WOL since December 2015 and has 10+ years of experience in administrative duties and customer service. Here at WOL, she will be glad to assist you in scheduling your appointment, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and assisting you with any other administrative concerns and questions. Veronica also assists with verifying insurance payments and reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Payments (EOPs).

Cindy has been working with WOL since June 2018 and has many years of experience working in the criminal justice system. Here at WOL, she will be glad to assist you in scheduling your appointment, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and assisting you with any other administrative concerns and questions.

Lodi has been with the WOL family since June 2022 and has many years of experience in customer service. She is a mother to Lilliana and wife to Reuben. Lodi has a serious Red Bull problem; she’s waiting to get her wings. She graduated from Brennan High School in 2019. When she’s not at work she enjoys binge watching Netflix and going to the zoo. Here at WOL, she will be glad to assist you in scheduling your appointment, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and assisting you with any other administrative concerns and questions.

In January of 2019, Lennox retired after working as an electrician for 20 years to assist his wife, Dr. Villarreal-Davis, in growing her group practice and being Mr. Mom when their kids were out of school. He enjoyed the electrical field and is proud to be a part of major projects, including the rebuild of Kyle Field Stadium (Go Aggies!), Microsoft headquarters in San Antonio, Brandeis HS, Judson stadium, numerous data centers, and various substations for Homeland Security. His past experience at WOL included scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and assisting with any other administrative concerns and questions. Since moving into our new office location in January 2023, Lennox has shifted his role to maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
